ADMISSION TO PRESCHOOL (NURSERY)

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. For Admission formalities of candidates whose name appears in the list of selected candidates, please visit the school from 23/01/2026 to 19/03/2026 between 09:00 am to 01:00 pm. Fees can be paid via Paytm, UPI, NEFT or through cheque /Demand Draft (in favour of Ambience Public School)
2. Kindly come with the following documents:
   • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (Original Certificate will be submitted to the school)
   • Aadhar Card: Of the child and parent(s) as per the new CBSE norms
   • Proof of residence: Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Electricity Bill/ MTNL Bill / Water Bill / Electoral Card / Aadhaar Card or UID issued in the name of any one of the parents
   • In case of Sibling – Fee bill/ receipt of the sibling studying in Ambience Public School
   • Alumni – School Leaving Certificate of the Alumni.
   • 2 photographs of the child and two each of the parents (passport size)
   • Medical Fitness Certificate and vaccination Certificate.
3. Withdrawal Policy:
   • In case a child is withdrawn after admission, the fee will be refunded after deducting admission charges and 1 month’s tuition fee in lieu of one month’s notice. The refund cheque will be made after 15 days
