Mindfulness sessions allow us to emerge out of autopilot mode of functioning and ‘reclaiming the steering wheel’ of our attention back.We practice it by experiencing a moment-to-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations in relation to our environment.

Our day commences with Circle Time, an essential daily ritual that helps one focus on developing socio- emotional skills and life skills. It entails working on themes like awareness of the self and others, honesty, trustworthiness, sense of cooperation and belongingness etc.

Counselling sessions for students and parents is an opportunity to interact with the school counselor one- on-one to examine issues within the privacy of a psychotherapeutic session.

Life Skills and Value Education forms an integral part of our time table and resonate with our purpose of inculcating core values in the curriculum, thereby equipping our students with the right tools to thrive in the classroom and the world beyond in all respects. Aaj Ka Abhimanyu: A Modern Saga of Triumph and Transformation The Annual Day 2024-25 | Grades V-IX

The lush green expanse of the school was transformed into an enchanting arena of art and storytelling as mythology met modernity in Aaj Ka Abhimanyu, the grand Annual Day celebration for Grades V to IX on 20 December 2024. Over 600 students took the stage, captivating the audience with a magnificent blend of dance, drama, and music that reimagined the valiant tale of Abhimanyu, seamlessly interwoven with the complexities of contemporary life.

The prestigious occasion was graced by Ms. Veditha Reddy, Director of the Education Department, Chairman Mr. Raj Singh Gehlot, Co-Chairperson Ms. Sheela Gehlot, members of the managing committee, and an enthusiastic gathering of parents whose presence elevated the event’s grandeur.

Principal Himani Asija extended a warm and eloquent welcome to the esteemed guests, painting vivid imagery with her words. She expressed heartfelt gratitude for their presence, calling it a source of inspiration and motivation for the students. With a flourish of poetic charm, she emphasized the transformative power of education intertwined with art, likening it to a beacon illuminating young minds.

The performance transported the audience into the heart of the Chakravyuh, as Abhimanyu’s heroic journey came alive through spellbinding choreography, an orchestral symphony, and the harmonious confluence of Indian and Western vocals. The vibrant costumes, elaborate stagecraft, and soul-stirring storytelling were a testament to the students’ exceptional dedication, nurtured by their mentors’ unwavering guidance.

In her inspiring address, Ms. Veditha Reddy commended the school for its innovative integration of education and performing arts, lauding the students’ creativity and passion.
