| 5. | Last date for submission of forms: | 27/12/2025 (Saturday) |
| 6. | Uploading details of children who applied to the school for admission under open seats: | 09/01/2026 (Friday) |

| 8. | Draw of lots: a) General Category: Draw of lots will be held only if there are more candidates than the seats, on the same point. | |

| 15. | Final Admission Formalities Final Admission is subject to verification of the following documents to be produced in Original. Photocopies will not be accepted as proof. However, a set of photocopies of the documents will be required to be attached with the admission form. a) Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (Original Certificate will be submitted to the school) b) Aadhar Card: Of the child and parent(s) as per the new CBSE norms c) Proof of residence Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill/ Water Bill / Electoral Card / Ration Card / Aadhar Card d) In case of Sibling – Fee receipt of the sibling studying in Ambience Public School. e) Alumni – Alumni Parent’s School Leaving Certificate is required as proof. f) 2 photographs of the child and two each of the parents (passport size) g) Medical Fitness Certificate and Vaccination Certificate | |
| 16. | Declaration from parents: a) Parents will certify that all the information provided by them is correct. b) Parents also understand that the application/registration / shortlisting does not guarantee admission to their ward. c) Parents accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and will abide by the decision taken by the school authorities. d) Parents accept that in the case of twin children, in a situation of the draw of lots, the name of both will be considered in a single slip. |
